The Deptford Full-Store Starbucks has opened on Rt 41, on the former site of the Freeway Diner. We stopped in tonight, grabbed a frappuccino and a bunch of photos! It was quiet when I stopped in but we’ll change that! Yes they have a Drive-thru, just don’t turn left as you exit the lot. Also opened is the Target store Starbucks just a block a way!

The Burger King on Blackwood-Clementon Road is looking to upgrade the store in a big way by building at a completely new location up the road a bit in the lot between Filomena’s and Rite-Aid. Many will remember the lot as the location of the former East Side Mario’s Restaurant. No word on what becomes of the old Burger King.

A Dollar General store is being developed in a brand new building, to be located behind the new “Clancy’s” Super Wawa on Woodbury Glassboro Road. The location for the new Dollar General is actually off of Lambs Rd and was previously a bank, which was demolished. It seems this will be developed on a new access road behind Wawa which will lead to a new retail development on the other side of Wawa.
PetCheck Urgent Care is planning on an August 2019 opening at Washington Square Town Center on Hurffville-Crosskeys Rd. They will offer reasonably priced office visits for your pets, with extended hours and no need for appointments!
