In early fall 2020, Brotherton Brewing moved into a really cool location in Atco New Jersey. A former FIREHOUSE! Brotherton has been around since 2015 in Shamong New Jersey, and needing more space so they moved and created an awesome brewing space! In this trip (and post) I also visit nearby Atco and Berlin Breweries. If you’re heading out that way, might as well make the most of the trip!

Last Saturday ‘Bout the Hops Brewery opened in Mt Laurel New Jersey and on Sunday night 42Freeway stopped in to visit and chat with the two owners. Like many new breweries it’s been a long ride to get the beer pouring, and they have some distinctive stories with their brewery… name, location, and how this came to be.
Core3Brewery is a new brewery setting up shop on Delsea Drive in Clayton, just past the Glassboro border. They’ve built out a beautiful nano-brewery in a great location, and today they announced on their Facebook page that after a long wait they are finally able to start brewing beer and will soon be revealing Opening details!Â

Neck of the Woods Brewing Company in Pitman NJ is targeting a late April, early May opening! The unique location is within the massive Total Turf indoor athletic facility on Lambs Rd, which attracts 80,000 people a month. NOW Brewing are a great group of local guys, with a unique twist on the brewing process… the beer served from the tasting room taps comes directly from the brewing tanks!
