The highly anticipated Miller’s Ale House in Deptford New Jersey is back on track with a targeted opening data later in 2021. We’ve heard directly from a Miller’s Director, who informed us of this news, and pointed out they are actively recruiting for the Restaurant Manager!
Don Pablos
I don’t think the new Deptford Miller’s Ale House location is cancelled, yet… but its definitely back-burnered with no solid plans to start construction again, according to Miller’s Executive Management (just a few weeks ago).Â
The Deptford Miller’s Ale House project has taken a big step forward, as crews have been removing the complete interior of the former Don Pablos Restaurant to make way for the Miller’s buildout. We checked things out today and when we say completely removed… we mean COMPLETELY.  All that remains are the outer walls and roof. This will be as blank a slate as possible for the developers of Miller’s Ale House
An official Restaurant Manager job posting has confirmed the rumours we’ve been hearing… Miller’s Ale House is coming to Deptford NJ! Growing National chain sports bar eatery featuring beer… 75 varieties! But where in Deptford?
The Deptford Center Shopping Center is slated to double in size by building out the back of the property, and adding TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Home Sense, and Joanne Fabrics…. adding to the already existing Target and BJ’s! Metro Commercial documents online indicate an Spring 2020 opening, but that is probably going to change.
The recently closed Deptford Don Pablos will have its valuable liquor license transferred to an affiliate of property owner Sobelco (who own the entire shopping center buildings including Target and BJ’s). This is according to information in a Deptford Township Public notice. Well.. we had to do a little bit of digging to connect the dots! No info yet on what their long term plans are.
